Read the live unit card first
Before changing the squad, confirm Spartan's current availability, role, star requirement, and upgrade information in the game. A name in an older guide is not evidence of a permanent balance placement.
Test one replacement at a time
Put Spartan into the role it would replace and repeat a comparable objective. Keep the rest of the roster stable so the result tells you whether it improves frontline, support, or mobility coverage.
