When attacking

Move as a group, identify the objective, and avoid letting the fastest units arrive alone. A coordinated rush can create an opening, while a rushed push into a prepared ranged or shielded position can cost the whole force.

When defending

Use hold to keep the line near the objective and keep reserves close enough to answer a flank. Watch the pressure point rather than chasing every target; defenders gain more from a stable regroup than from a long pursuit.
